Our Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni are an all-time classic at its best! The delicious and creamy filling is made from scratch in our London kitchens by cooking whole spinach leaves with a bit of garlic, and then adding fresh Ricotta cheese and Italian grated cheese. Our pasta is made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, and feature a high Free Range egg content (30%) for better, more consistent cooking. Tortelloni are hand-folded one by one. Try them with pesto for an authentic Italian dining experience! Suitable for freezing.

INGREDIENTS:
Pasta (56%): Flour 00 Wheat, Pasteurised Free Range Egg (30%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water; Filling (44%): Spinach (40%), Ricotta (Milk) (40%), Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Salt, Nutmeg, Garlic, Olive Oil; Dusted with rice flour.

STORAGE INSTRUCTION
Keep refrigerated below 5C.
Once opened consume within 3 days.
Suitable for Freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month, cook from frozen.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta);
Add the pasta and cook for 3-4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 – 5 minutes for frozen pasta;
Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce.
