Rummo spaghetti pasta no. 3 is one of the classic pasta shapes, now gluten-free. It is made with rice and GMO-free corn. The pasta shapes are drawn through a bronze die, to give the pasta a texture that your Bolognese sauce will cling to. Rummo gluten-free spaghetti pasta cooks in 10 minutes.

Taking your time is key to the Italian way of life, and the Rummo family were traditional. When cooking pasta al dente you need to time it ‘just so’, yet they hated this rigour. The family wanted to create the only pasta certified to remain al dente and keep its shape during cooking. Even when you cook it for too long.

Ingredients: wholemeal rice (36%,) yellow corn (32.5%), white corn (20%), rice (8%), potato starch (3%), emulsifier: E471.
