Acacia honey is made by bees that forage on the nectar of the Robinia pseudoacacia tree. Compared to other varieties of honey, acacia honey is much slower to crystallise, giving it a luxuriously smooth texture. After the honey is blended with the highest quality White Truffle (Tuber Borchii) shavings.
It has a luxuriously smooth texture, with a powerful white truffle aroma. The taste is uniquely sweet & earthy with extraordinary depth from the white truffles.
